Customer Service Representative - You are the first face and interaction between guests and Patty & The Dogs.  We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service while primarily handle cash and payments and take in person orders with accuracy. Will also help with soft serve orders and packaging orders for Take Out and Delivery, ensuring accuracy of order and company standards.  Ideal candidate can handle customer service issues in a professional and non-personal manner.  

Kitchen Crew - Cooking incredible food in a safe manner is a passion for us and the ideal candidates have that passion as well.  Our menu is made for quick pace and high volume but full of flavor.  Our systems help ensure safe food for our guests. We take food safety as top priority in our kitchen.  Ideal candidates are familiar working a kitchen line including saute, grill, hot side, cold side and help package meals for Take Out and Delivery.  Will be expected to help set up pre shift duties possibly including light prep and end of shift and cleaning duties.

Expo - Making sure our food is held up to company standards for EVERY guest is our goal and your duty.  You will help package orders for Take Out and Delivery, ensuring order accuracy and the correct accompaniments for each order.  You will hand out orders to guests as they come to pick up their food, get correct orders to Delivery ensuring they are aware of correct location and guest, help with soft serve orders, side work, and possibly deliver food to our downtown area. Will be expected to handle guest issues including correcting incorrect orders in a timely manner.  

Delivery (On Foot) - Ideal candidate enjoys the sights of the town and bringing our up beat and customer friendly attitude around the Historic Downtown Monroe.  We will provide service primarily to The Courthouse Self Pour, Peddler's Paradise, Americana Brewing, Local Logic, Southern Range Brewing and Home Brew Taps & Tunes but will deliver to any address in the 8 city block area that they encompass.  This is an evening and weekend position.  Will recieve all Tips from Deliveries plus base rate.  Will also be responsible to help with soft serve orders, side work and pre- and end of shift duties.
