A NOTE FROM PATTY
Thanks for coming by Patty & The Dogs! I wanted to bring a menu that not only had a lot of connection to myself, but could be enjoyed by everyone. After 10 years in food trucking, I could not be more excited to find a home here in Monroe, NC.
Burgers, dogs, sausages and kielbasa bring me back to tailgating with my father for NC State games in the fall during high school. Stepping it up from my high school days, I'm creating flavorful sauces and using high quality meats, cheeses and breads. And of course, what's better to finish it than some incredible soft serve ice cream? I don't think anything.
Still elevating my "sauce master" skills to bring some amazing homemade sauces such as our P&D Throwback Sauce on our Classic Patty and an incredible Basil Garlic Aioli for our St. Bernard... you may never want Italian Sausages without it again, be warned. Homemade turkey chili for the Carolina Dingo and Brown Lab you'll agree is perfect for any dog or patty.
If you love pickles, my homemade dill recipe will have you coming back for more. Each one crinkle cut by hand and brined to perfection!
I'm using Patty & The Dogs as my true creative outlet in both terms of culinary and service but also as my artistic expressions and passions. My store is a literal blank canvas that over time will get filled in more and more of my likes, artwork and fun little things to notice.
