The menu is created based on a lot of personal experiences through my life along with some amazing culinary flavors and skills developed over time.  Times like tailgating with my father before games at Carter-Finley Stadium, a trip to Italy to hit every gelateria in sight, amazing cookouts with friends and family... All these and more gave the basis for a menu that will truly be for everyone!
